Hehe its Yukimura Sanada, my favorite manga characters. (the book rocks, the Kyo anime suck :P ).
I'm looking forward a perfect new skin Air Staff. My Runar is really ugly.
BTW my ravens name is Hector. Its a perfect Fire Raven Staff that... i customized
by error. *doh* He's always with me reminding me to take my time. ^_^

Holy Crap, there is just no pleasing some people. All along they could have just followed the "Harry Potter' model and given us the 'big chopstick, music conductor' wands with different names. Or the 'Hedge wizard walking through the forest, walking stick staff..they are wands and staves as much as any other. ArenaNet seems bound and determined to NOT rest on there laurels and NOT be bound by traditional design and ideas. We get at least 4 more designs for a common weapon in a game that hasn't yet stopped giving us new stuff 1 year after release, in the middle of rolling out another FULL GAME. They give us these little extras, just because they are gamers too and know they are appreciated. Just appreciate the little things for what they are, because you will for damn sure miss them when they stop coming

Hey look, a free horse! *looks in horse's mouth*
If ya don't like 'em, don't get 'em. Easy as that.
I think the air staff looks much better than the 'ol lightning rod one, IMHO.

You like the looks of the Air? I have to say I dont mind the Fire One, but the Air one looks like they broke off the staff of a Orr Staff and attached a basic Air Wand to it lol.

Well, comparitively speaking ... do you prefer this broken off one, or the goofy "hollowed out tin can on the end of a stick with lightning" one? I'm not saying "OH DANG THAT LOOKS AWESOME!", just that I prefer that new skin to the old one.
Not to mention the fact you can't be spotted from across the map with lightning going through your staff in PvP ...
Other team: "Hey look, an air ele! See that dang lightning?" Ele's have squishy enough armor as it is without painting a gigantic bulls-eye

LOL. Well you just solve that problem by taking a Shadow or Ghostly Staff and ta-dah :P
The original air staff is ok tho because it makes sense having lightning in a staff, which is basically what the tin-cap look does lol.
